Alpha Trains Finance S.A. -- Moody's assigns definitive ratings to Alpha Trains HoldCo II S.à r.l.; stable outlook

London, 25 March 2015 -- Moody's Investors Service has today assigned a definitive Baa2 Corporate Family Rating (CFR) to Alpha Trains HoldCo II S.à r.l. (HoldCo). Concurrently, Moody's has assigned a definitive Baa2 senior secured rating to the EUR350 million 15 year bonds (the Bonds) to be issued by Alpha Trains Finance S.A. (the Issuer) and assigned definitive Baa2 ratings to the EUR250 million 12 and 15 year senior secured institutional facilities (the Institutional Facilities) to be borrowed by the Issuer. The outlook on these ratings is stable.
