Allstate Financing X -- Moody's affirms Allstate Life's ratings (A1 IFS) with stable outlook
New York, December 10, 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service affirmed the A1 insurance financial strength (IFS) rating of Allstate Life Insurance Company (ALIC) and related ratings with stable outlooks. ALIC is a subsidiary of Allstate Insurance Company (AIC; Aa3 IFS stable), in turn a subsidiary of The Allstate Corporation (Allstate; senior debt A3 stable). The stable outlook on ALIC is driven by the stable outlook on the parent.
