Allianz SE -- Moody's affirms Allianz SE ratings (Aa3 senior debt); changes outlook to stable

London, 07 March 2014 -- Moody's Investors Service has today affirmed the Aa3 insurance financial strength rating (IFSR) and the Aa3 senior debt rating of Allianz SE and changed the outlook on both ratings to stable from negative. At the same time, Moody's also affirmed the IFSRs, also with a stable outlook, of several of Allianz's operating insurance subsidiaries in Europe and the US.
