AGFC Capital Trust I -- Moody's Changes Outlook to Positive on OneMain Holdings
New York, August 22, 2016 -- Moody's Investors Service affirmed OneMain Holdings, Inc.'s ("OneMain Holdings") B3 corporate family rating, Springleaf Finance Corporation's ("Springleaf Finance") B3 senior unsecured ratings, and OneMain Financial Holdings, LLC's ("OneMain Financial") B2 senior unsecured ratings, and changed the rating outlook to positive from stable.
