AF Banregio, S.A. de C.V. SOFOM -- Moody's withdraws all ratings of BanRegio and AF BanRegio

Mexico, July 13, 2016 -- Moody's de México has today withdrawn all ratings assigned to Banco Regional de Monterrey, S.A., Institución de Banca Múltiple, BanRegio Grupo Financiero (BanRegio) and AF BanRegio, S.A. de C.V., Sociedad Financier de Objeto Múltiple, Entidad Regulada, BanRegio Grupo Financiero (AF BanRegio). The ratings withdrawn include BanRegio's long- and short-term global local and foreign currency deposit ratings of Baa2/Prime-2 and long- and short-term Mexican National Scale deposit ratings of Aa2.mx/MX-1. At the same time, Moody's withdrew AF BanRegio's long- and short-term global local currency issuer ratings of Baa2/Prime-2 and long- and short-term Mexican National Scale issuer ratings of Aa2.mx/MX-1. BanRegio's and AF BanRegio's stable outlooks have also been withdrawn.
