Zedcor Energy Inc. Announces Resignation of Director

CALGARY, Dec. 4, 2017 /CNW/ - Zedcor Energy Inc. (the "Company") (TSX VENTURE: ZDC) today announced the resignation of Mr. Artie T. Kos as a director of the Company.  Mr. Kos has been a key contributor to the Company since he joined the Board of Directors in December of 2015.  The Board of Directors and the Company sincerely thank Mr. Kos for his time, services and for the valuable contributions he made to during his tenure as a director.
