Youku Tudou Q3 Loss Narrows - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Youku Tudou Inc. (YOKU), China's leading Internet television company, reported a third-quarter net loss of RMB 181.4 million compared to a loss of RMB 218.6 million for the corresponding period in 2013. Loss per ADS was RMB 0.88, compared to a loss of RMB 1.31. Non-GAAP net loss was RMB 102.7 million in the third quarter of 2014. Non-GAAP loss per ADS was RMB 0.50.

Net revenues were RMB 1.11 billion in the third quarter of 2014, a 29% increase from the corresponding period in 2013.

For the fourth quarter of 2014, the company expects net revenues will be between RMB 1.15 billion and RMB 1.22 billion.
