Change in the holding of YIT's own shares

YIT Corporation has received a return of 2,186 shares free of consideration according to the terms and conditions of YIT's share-based incentive scheme. Originally the shares were conveyed to YIT's key persons in connection with the reward payment from the 2012 earning period under the share-based incentive scheme for 2010-2016.

After the return of the shares, YIT held a total of 1,646,767 of its own shares on March 8, 2016.
