Yintech Q4 Profit Rises - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Yintech Investment Holdings Limited (YIN) reported fourth-quarter net income attributable to company of RMB 338.3 million, an increase of 603.3% from RMB 48.1 million in the same quarter last year. Earnings per ADS were RMB 4.62 compared to RMB 0.91. Non-GAAP earnings per ADS for the quarter were RMB 6.69, compared to RMB 1.06, prior year.

Revenues for the quarter were RMB 1.06 billion, an increase of 305.9% from RMB 261.6 million in the same quarter last year. The company said the increases were mainly due to the increase in net commissions and fees.

For first-quarter, the company expects revenues to be in the range of RMB 1.03 billion to RMB 1.10 billion. Yintech's board has approved a dividend of $0.80 per ADS for full year 2016, which is expected to be paid on or around March 31, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on March 23, 2017.
