Yintech Announces Organizational Changes - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Yintech Investment Holdings Limited (YIN) announced that organizational changes are being made across the company to improve performance. As part of the changes, Qi Feng resigned his positions as Vice President and General Manager of the combined Jindou Business Unit. Gang Xu resigned his position as Vice President and General Manager of Daxiang Business Unit. The company promoted Xinzhou Tang, currently Company General Manager of Ronghui Business Unit, to the Vice President of the company and General Manger of YinRui Business Unit.

Yintech also announced that Zhigang Zhao, Vice President of Technology, is leaving the company.

"We are streamlining our teams as we evolve our business and processes in light of new demands and in the face of new competition environment of the evolving financial service industry. These changes will serve to support the company's current growth strategies of strengthening our core competencies, driving improving productivity and accelerating our growth pace," said Wenbin Chen, CEO of Yintech.
