Xueda Education CFO Christine Lu-Wong To Resign; Names Interim CFO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Xueda Education Group (XUE), a provider of personalized tutoring services for primary and secondary school students in China, announced Monday that its Chief Financial Officer Christine Lu-Wong has decided to resign from her current role, effective December 31, 2015, to pursue other interests.

Following her resignation, Lu-Wong will serve as an advisor to the Company and the Board of Directors. She has served as the Company's Chief Financial Officer since November 2012.

The company named Yan Ma, Xueda's Corporate Controller, to assume the role of interim Chief Financial Officer effective upon Lu-Wong's resignation date.
