XcelPlus Global Introduces New Name – Clean Energy Pathways – Launches New Website

XcelPlus Global Holdings, Inc. (Pink Sheets: XPGH), an alternative energy and renewable energy solutions company, announced that effective August 26, 2010, the company's name has changed to Clean Energy Pathways, Inc. In conjunction with the name change, the company launched a new website www.cleanenergypathways.com. Clean Energy Pathways will continue to trade under the stock symbol "XPGH” unless and until FINRA issues a new trading symbol.

The company’s board of directors voted to change the name to better reflect the company’ s new business model. "We are a clean energy company and the new name reflects our direction,” said David Poston, Chief Operating Officer. The name change supports the company’s entry into the field of solar energy, as well as the purchase of Sunfield Technologies North America, Inc., the company’s new solar division.

"Solar energy has been slow to gain momentum in some parts of the United States, but some economic forecasts project that it will offer growth opportunities for several years to come," said Poston. Clean Energy Pathways is the sole source provider for Sunfield solar technology in the U.S. "These products are proving to be very efficient in the solar thermal application," added Poston. "As part of our new business model, we expect to establish contract dealerships in the very near future."
