WPP Plc: Commarco Acquires Majority Interest In Nicole Weber - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - WPP plc (WPP.L, WPPGY) announced that Commarco GmbH, a German-based marketing services network which is part of WPP, has acquired a majority interest in Nicole Weber Communications GmbH, a German full service public relations agency. The Group said the investment continues its strategy of developing services in fast-growing and important markets and sectors.

Nicole Weber focuses on lifestyle industries including fashion and beauty, consumer electronics and automotive. The company's unaudited revenues for the year ended 31 December 2014 were approximately 2.4 million euros.
