Workstream Appoints Industry Veteran Jeff C. Yehle as Senior Vice President of Sales; Industry Executive to drive Direct Sales Channel and lead Strategic Growth Accounts

    OTTAWA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 3, 2005--Workstream Inc. (TM) (NASDAQ: WSTM), a provider of On-Demand Enterprise Workforce Management software today announced the appointment of Jeff Yehle as Senior Vice President of Sales. Jeff will lead Workstream's North American direct sales force and will manage the companies Strategic Growth Accounts (SGA), as well as being responsible for overseeing revenue for Workstream's 400 plus enterprise software customers.

    Jeff was most recently the National Sales Director for Manpower's (NYSE: MAN) Corporate Account sales team. In this role, Jeff managed the Corporate Account Executives, and oversaw the senior-level relationships of Manpower's largest customers comprising of over $450 million in annual revenue. While at Manpower, Jeff's team grew corporate account revenue by more than 20% year over year, and changed from an inbound account management team to an outbound sales team.
    Prior to Manpower, Jeff was the Global Vice President for Monster.com (NASDAQ: MNST) (now Monster Worldwide). During his tenure at Monster, revenues grew from $48 million in 1998 to over $700 million in 2001, becoming the employment brand of choice and the #1 career portal. Jeff was also responsible for the management and development of Administration, HR, and Facilities Management in 16 countries worldwide. As the senior HR executive for Monster, Jeff developed and implemented a completely new HR function and organizational development in a period of dramatic growth. Jeff holds a Bachelor degree from Arizona State University and he also attended business school at Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University in Chicago.
