Weingarten Realty Investors Q4 Earnings Advance 12%

(RTTNews) - Weingarten Realty Investors (WRI) released a profit for its fourth quarter that gained ground from last year.

The company said its bottom line climbed to $79.36 million, or $0.61 per share. This was up from $70.72 million, or $0.56 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 10.2% to $142.86 million. This was up from $129.65 million last year.
