Warren Resources Appoints Lance Peterson As Interim CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Warren Resources Inc. (WRES) announced its Board has appointed Board member, Lance Peterson, as Interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately. Dominick D'Alleva was elected as Interim Chairman of the Board. They will succeed Philip Epstein, who notified the Board of his decision to resign from positions of Chairman and CEO, to pursue other opportunities.

Warren Resources noted that Epstein's departure is not related to any issues regarding financial disclosures, accounting or legal matters affecting the company and the strategy of the company remains intact.
