Ware Malcomb Celebrates 45th Anniversary

IRVINE, Calif., April 3, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Ware Malcomb, an award-winning international design firm, today announced the celebration of the 45^th anniversary of the firm's founding on April 1^st, 1972. 

Ware Malcomb has grown dramatically in both size and scope from the company's early beginnings as a local, Irvine-based architectural firm. The firm now spans 22 offices across North America providing planning, architecture, interior design, branding and civil engineering services to commercial real estate and corporate clients. Ware Malcomb has completed projects for one in five companies listed on the Fortune 100.

Founded as Ware & Malcomb Architects, Inc. by Bill Ware and Bill Malcomb in 1972, the firm focused on commercial office, industrial, corporate office and tenant improvement projects through the 1980s. Armstrong assumed the role of CEO in 1992 with past President Jim Williams, and together they expanded the firm to seven offices. They continued the company's diversification by growing the interiors practice and expanding into healthcare, and science & technology projects during the 1990s and early 2000s. Since that time, Armstrong, along with his leadership team have continued to guide Ware Malcomb through a period of extraordinary growth. The firm now has 22 offices throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and Panama, and expertise in the design of commercial office, corporate, industrial, science & technology, healthcare, retail, auto, public/educational facilities and renovation projects.
