Wallenstam: Change in Wallenstam’s Group Management
Regulatory News:
Benny Olsson Deputy CEO of Wallenstam (STO:WALLB) and CEO of the subsidiary Svensk NaturEnergi AB will retire on 30 June 2015 and accordingly will also leave his assignment as a member of Wallenstam’s Group Management. Benny joined Wallenstam in 1988 and since then has worked in a number of managerial functions in the Group.
"Benny is a fantastic colleague who will now retire after 27 years in Wallenstam. Benny has essentially held all of the managerial positions that one can have in the company. I hope we can continue to have good cooperation and that even in the future we will have the privilege of using Benny’s extensive competence in construction, among other areas. He will be engaged initially as an expert in connection with early stages of the planning process in the Stockholm region,” says Hans Wallenstam, CEO of Wallenstam.
The new CEO of Svensk NaturEnergi as of 1 July 2015 will be Karin Mizgalski who has worked at Wallenstam since 2007 and most recently held the position of Key Account Manager and project manager at Svensk NaturEnergi.
With Benny’s retirement, Wallenstam’s Group Management will consist of the following persons from 1 July 2015:
· Hans Wallenstam, CEO
· Mathias Aronsson, Deputy CEO in charge of region Stockholm
· Thomas Dahl, Deputy CEO in charge of region Gothenburg
· Elisabeth Vansvik, Director of Communications
· Susann Linde, CFO and IR Director
· Ulf Ek, Finance Director
