Wabash National Reports Prelim. Q3 Results; Updates 2018 Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Wabash National Corp. (WNC) announced its net sales for the third quarter 2018 are expected to be between $550 million and $555 million compared to $425 million for the prior year quarter. The company expects net income for the third quarter 2018 to be between $3.5 million and $5.5 million, or between $0.06 and $0.09 per diluted share, compared to the third quarter 2017 net income of $18.9 million, or $0.30 per diluted share. Third quarter 2018 non-GAAP adjusted earnings per diluted share are expected to be between $0.27 and $0.30, compared to the third quarter 2017 non-GAAP adjusted earnings per diluted share of $0.34.

For full-year 2018, the company updated its GAAP and non-GAAP earnings to $1.41 to $1.46 per diluted share and $1.50 to $1.55 per diluted share, respectively.
