W. P. Carey Inc. Reports 7% Increase In Q1 Profit

(RTTNews) - W. P. Carey Inc. (WPC) revealed earnings for its first quarter that climbed compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line rose to $139.46 million, or $1.31 per share. This was up from $129.97 million, or $1.22 per share, in last year's first quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 25.3% to $221.00 million. This was up from $176.43 million last year.
