Vivendi: Change of governance at SFR: Jean-Yves Charlier appointed Chief Executive Officer

Following a proposal from Vivendi’s (Paris:VIV) Management Board, the SFR Board of Directors today appointed Jean-Yves Charlier as Chief Executive Officer.

Jean-Yves Charlier will continue to follow several strategic telecoms projects for Vivendi.

Stéphane Roussel remains Chairman of SFR.
