Visual Graphic Systems Inc. Prepares to Celebrate first anniversary of Its New 100% Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP)

(http://vgsonline.com) is approaching the one-year anniversary of its transition from a privately-held company to an employee-stock ownership plan (ESOP), an employee-owner program where employees hold 100% of the company's stock.
