Unibail-Rodamco FY13 Net Result Down 12% - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Unibail-Rodamco SE (UNBLF.PK) Tuesday said net result for the fiscal year 2013 decreased 11.5 percent to 1.29 billion euros from 1.46 billion euros last year.

Recurring net result increased to 986 million euros from 886 million euros last year. Recurring EPS for the year was 10.22 euros, compared to 9.60 euros last year.

Recurring net result were up 11.2 percent from last year, driven mainly by strong like-for-like rental growth of shopping centres and successful delivery of a number of prime development projects.

Net rental income improved 5.6 percent to 1.35 billion euros from 1.28 billion euros last year. On a like-for-like basis, rental income were up 2.7 percent from last year.
