Under Armour Inc. Reports 28% Rise In Q3 Bottom Line

(RTTNews) - Under Armour Inc. (UA) reported earnings for its third quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $128.23 million, or $0.29 per share. This was higher than $100.48 million, or $0.23 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.25 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 22.5% to $1.47 billion. This was up from $1.20 billion last year.
