Trulia Q2 Loss Widens

(RTTNews) - Trulia, Inc. (TRLA) Thursday reported second-quarter net loss of $17.9 million or $0.48 per share, compared to $2.4 million or $0.07 per share last year.

Adjusted loss for the quarter were $0.11 per share, compared to earnings of $0.05 per share last year. On average, 13 analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a loss of $0.16 per share for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

Revenues for the quarter rose to $64.1 million from $29.7 million last year. Thirteen analysts had a consensus revenue estimate of $62.32 million.

Looking forward the third quarter, the company expects revenues of $68.4 million to $70.4 million. Analysts currently estimate revenues of $67.36 million.
