TransDigm Announces Potential Refinancing of a Portion of Its Senior Secured Term Loans

CLEVELAND, Jan. 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE: TDG) today announced a potential refinancing of a portion of its senior secured term loans to modestly reduce interest expense and extend maturities.
