Total Q4 Adj. Net Operating Income From Business Segments Down 18% - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Total (TTA.L, TTFNF.PK, TOT) reported a fourth-quarter net loss - Group share of $1.6 billion compared to a loss of $5.7 billion, previous year. Loss per share was $0.71 compared to a loss of $2.47. Fourth-quarter adjusted net income decreased to $2.1 billion from $2.8 billion, prior year. Adjusted earnings per share was $0.88 compared to $1.22. Adjusted net operating income from business segments was down 18 percent to $2.3 billion.

Sales were $37.7 billion compared to $52.5 billion, previous year. Revenue from sales decreased to $32.3 billion from $46.7 billion.

The Board of Total decided to propose an annual dividend of 2.44 euros per share, for 2015.

In 2016, Total will reduce its organic Capex to around $19 billion, a reduction of more than 15 percent from 2015.
