Top PCT National Stage Entry Countries for inovia Clients in 2015

inovia, a member of the RWS Group, today announced the top national stage filing destinations for its clients from 2015. While the countries included stayed consistent from last year, there was significant movement within the top 5 jurisdictions. The top national stage filing destinations for inovia clients from 2015 are as follows:

Some changes compared to previous years are as follows: Brazil slipped in the rankings and fell two spots this year from the #4 spot in 2014 and 2013 respectively. The United States finally climbed into the top two filing destinations, jumping three spots from #5 and bumping Japan to #3.

While there was movement among the top five, Europe, India, South Korea and Mexico remain unchanged from last year and rounded out the #7, #8, #9 & #10 spots respectively. Russia fell to #11 for the second consecutive year and just missed the top 10, while China continued to dominate as the top filing destination for the fifth consecutive year.
