Tiscali Netherlands Selects Spirent(R) Communications for IPTV Testing

Spirent TestCenter will enable Tiscali Netherlands to test current and future equipment as it upgrades its network to meet future customer demand and to cater for bandwidth-hungry services such as IPTV.
