Tikkurila's disposal of treasury shares as part of its share-based commitment and incentive plan

On December 2, 2014, a total of 20,500 Tikkurila Oyj's treasury shares were transferred without consideration to the nine key persons participating in the Share-based Commitment and Incentive Plan's performance period 2012-2014.  
 
The directed share issue is based on the authorization given to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting held on March 28, 2012.

Following the directed share issue, the number of treasury shares now stands at 79,500 shares.

A stock exchange release on Tikkurila's Share-based Commitment and Incentive Plan was issued on February 16, 2012.
