Thor Industries Q3 Results Top Estimates - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Thor Industries, Inc. (THO), manufacturer of recreational vehicles, reported Tuesday that net income attributable to the company for the third quarter grew to $183.31 million or $3.29 per share from $24.07 million or $0.43 per share in the prior-year quarter.

Net sales for the quarter more than doubled to $3.46 billion from $1.68 billion in the same quarter last year. The sales include $2.50 billion in North American RV sales, $894.2 million in European RV net sales.

On average, analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report earnings of $2.34 per share on net sales of $3.01 billion for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
