The Travelers Companies Inc. Bottom Line Drops 13% In Q4

(RTTNews) - The Travelers Companies Inc. (TRV) announced a profit for fourth quarter that dropped compared to the same period last year.

The company said its bottom line totaled $0.89 billion, or $2.90 per share. This was down from $1.02 billion, or $3.07 per share, in last year's fourth quarter.

The company said revenue for the quarter fell 1.6% to $6.67 billion. This was down from $6.78 billion last year.
