WASHINGTON, Oct. 25, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Capital Bank of Washington (NCB) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a third quarter dividend of $0.50 per share for shareholders of record as of October 31, 2017. The dividend payout of $144,388.50 on 288,777 shares is payable November 15, 2017.
