WASHINGTON, Dec. 1, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The National Capital Bank of Washington "NCB" today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a fourth quarter dividend of $0.50 per share and a special dividend of $0.50 per share for shareholders of record as of December 15, 2016. The dividend payout of $288,033 on 288,033 shares is payable December 30, 2016.
