The Board of Directors of Fastighets AB Balder (publ) has resolved to divest own shares in accordance with the authorization from the AGM

The Board of Directors of Fastighets AB Balder (publ) (STO:BALDB) has resolved to divest own shares in accordance with the authorization from the Annual General Meeting held on 7 May 2013

Fastighets AB Balder (publ) (”Balder”) intends to divest up to 2,859,600 repurchased ordinary shares of series B in Balder (”Ordinary shares”). Balder’s holding of own Ordinary shares prior to a potential divestment amounts to 2,859,600 Ordinary shares.

The divestment will take place in compliance with NASDAQ OMX Stockholm’s rules regarding volume exemptions for block trades of acquisitions and divestments of own shares. The divestment will be carried out within the registered price range on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm at the time of the divestment.

The divestment of Ordinary shares is intended to be supported by the authorization granted to the Board of Directors from the Annual General Meeting of Balder on 7 May 2013.
