The Andersons, Inc. Declares Cash Dividend for the First Quarter

MAUMEE, Ohio, Dec. 20, 2017 /CNW/ -- The Andersons, Inc. (Nasdaq: ANDE) today announced a first quarter 2018 cash dividend of 16.5 cents($0.165) per share payable January 23, 2018, to shareholders of record on January 2, 2018. The cash dividend is increasing from 16 cents to 16.5 cents.

"The increase in the dividend reflects our confidence in the Company's long-term plan for financial growth," says Srikanth Dasari, Vice President and Treasurer.

This is The Andersons' 85^th consecutive quarterly cash dividend since listing on the Nasdaq on February 20, 1996. The company has raised its dividend at least annually for 16 consecutive years. There are approximately 28.3 million common shares outstanding.
