(NYSE: TXT) announced today that Jacobsen's Europeandivision, Ransomes Jacobsen, will provide turf care equipment torefurbish and transform the playing fields for the FederationInternationale de Football Association's (FIFA) World Cup tournamentin June, to be held in Germany. This global event will feature 32teams playing a total of 64 matches before the winners emerge in thefinal at the Olympiastadion in Berlin on July 9, 2006.
