TerraVest Industries Inc. Advises of Re-Filing of 2017 Annual Management's Discussion and Analysis

VEGREVILLE, AB, June 12, 2018 /CNW/ - TerraVest Industries Inc. ("TerraVest" or the "Company") (TSX: TVK) advises that it has refiled its 2017 Annual Management's Discussion and Analysis dated December 28, 2017, for the year ended September 30, 2017 (the "MD&A"), in order to amend a deficiency regarding its internal controls over financial reporting disclosure. The newly added disclosure can be found in the "Controls and Procedures" section of the refiled MD&A. In connection with the refiling of the MD&A, the Company has filed a Form 52-109F1R, and would like to clarify that due to past deficiencies, the December 28, 2017 Certification of Annual Filings and the May 24, 2018 Certification of Refiled Annual Filings should not be relied upon.
