Tenaris Confirms Dividend Payment and Election of Directors

Tenaris S.A. (NYSE:TS) (BI:TEN) (BMV:TS) (BCBA:TS), inits annual general shareholders meeting today, approved theconsolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2005and the proposed annual dividend of US$0.30 per share, orapproximately US$354 million. The amount approved includes the interimdividend previously paid on November 16, 2005, in the amount ofUS$0.127 per share. Tenaris will pay the balance of the annualdividend amounting to US$0.173 per share (US$0.346 per ADS), orapproximately US$204 million, on June 16, 2006 and the correspondingex-dividend date will be June 13.

The assembly also re-elected as members of the board of directorsits current members to serve until the next annual shareholdersmeeting which will be held in June 2007.

The company re-appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers as its independentauditors for the 2006 fiscal year.

The extraordinary general shareholders' meeting also held todayapproved the procedural amendment to the Company's articles ofassociation proposed in the agenda for the meeting.
