Temple-Inland Inc. Names Morris Davis General Counsel

Mr. Davis comes to Temple-Inland after 39 years with the law firmof McGinnis, Lochridge & Kilgore in Austin, where he served sevenyears as the firm's managing partner. Mr. Davis has broad and variedexperience in a wide array of business and corporate matters. Mr.Davis has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America, Corporate,Mergers & Acquisition and Securities Law, since 1987. Mr. Davisreceived his Bachelor of Arts degree from Rice University and his lawdegree from the University of Texas School of Law.
