TCP Capital Prices Upsized Public Offering At $16.00 Per Share - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - TCP Capital Corp. (TCPC) announced Friday that it has priced the public offering of 4.5 million shares of its common stock at $16.00 per share for total gross proceeds of about $72 million. The offering was upsized from its announced offering size of 3.75 million shares.

The company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 675,000 shares of common stock. The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on or about December 18, 2013.

The firm noted that it intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facilities.
