TCP Capital 3.8 Mln. Share Offering At $15.76 A Share

(RTTNews) - TCP Capital Corp. (TCPC) Thursday priced the public offering of 3.8 million of its common shares at $15.76 per share for gross proceeds of about $60 million.

The company has granted the underwriters an option for 30 days to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock sold.

The offering is subject to customary closing conditions and is expected to close on or about October 1.

The company intends to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay amounts outstanding under its revolving credit facilities.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Raymond James, Keefe, Bruyette & Woods, Inc. and RBC Capital Markets, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering.
