Susan Henderson Named Wrigley VP Corporate Communications

CHICAGO, Jan. 18 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Susan Henderson, a senior public relations executive and consultant with more than 20 years experience in consumer products, has joined the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Company as Vice President, Corporate Communications. In this newly created position, she will develop and direct the Company's corporate communications programs.

Henderson brings to Wrigley extensive experience working with Fortune 500 companies in using communications to support growth and shareholder value objectives. At Wrigley, Henderson will report to Dushan (Duke) Petrovich, Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer.

"Susan's skills and talent in using communications strategically to help companies grow are exactly the right fit for us. She is a very welcome addition to the senior team at Wrigley and a proven leader in her own discipline," said Mr. Petrovich.

Most recently Henderson was principal in her own communications consulting firm, where her clients included Diageo and Gillette. Her prior positions include Vice President - Public Relations at Kohl's Department Stores and Director of Marketing Communications at Miller Brewing Company. In those positions, she served as chief spokesperson for the companies, as well as developed and led integrated corporate and marketing communications and public affairs programs.
