SunGard Finalizes Inflow Acquisition; Move Solidifies Infrastructure a

    WAYNE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 4, 2005--SunGard Availability Services, an operating group of SunGard (NYSE:SDS), announced today that it has closed the acquisition of Denver-based Inflow, Inc. The transaction is not expected to have a material impact on SunGard Availability Services' financial results.
    The acquisition of Inflow, an ISO 9001 certified provider, enhances SunGard Availability Services' infrastructure and service delivery capabilities. SunGard will add 14 datacenters throughout the U.S. that geographically complement its existing 23 U.S. datacenters.
