Summerland Farm Contest! Win a Victorian Home, Horse Farm, and $10,000 With an Essay and $150

CORNING, N.Y., March 22, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- A couple offers up their home for $150 after 18 years in the most unique way! Friends and family are calling them "Cray Cray." The property was built in 1870 and has become an eclectically renovated beauty! The home is passive income producing with multiple approved zoned uses.

"After going the traditional route of realtors and developers, I found it frustrating and intrusive on both sides," says Maggie. "I want a new way to do this! I want to be able to offer it to someone who loves it as much as we do." 

The Lott Family designed a completely independent and legal contest. The contest started on February 1, 2019 and ends on July 1, 2019. In order to enter the contest, you will need to submit an essay with $150. Essay contest rules and regulations can be found in the contest website link below.  A minimum number of entries of 2500 are needed for a successful contest.

About the Family:  Tim and Maggie live in the home along with their 20-year-old son Lucas, his girlfriend, 20-year-old Terrah, and their 15-year-old daughter Victoria, among many four legged family members on the farm and in the home, all of which will be moving with them when the contest reaches a successful conclusion.
