Stuart Dean Taps Industry Veteran as Senior Vice President, New Leader of New York Operations
NEW YORK, Aug. 7, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Stuart Dean, an international provider of renowned architectural restoration services, is launching a renewed effort to grow its reach in the New York metropolitan market, the same city that serves as its birthplace and corporate headquarters. Mark Parrish, president and CEO, has announced the appointment of Thomas Lawless to the position of senior vice president. Lawless will oversee operations in Stuart Dean'sNew York office, which is located in Long Island City.

A highly accomplished professional with a career that spans 40 years, Lawless comes to Stuart Dean after having served in a wide array of senior-level roles for companies in facilities management, maintenance and restoration. Most recently, Lawless served as senior vice president of TEMCO Service Industries, a 90-year-old, global, full-service cleaning, maintenance and security corporation based in New York. Prior to that, Lawless served as president of REMCO Maintenance Corporation, also based in New York. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of Hartford and his B.A. from Le Moyne College in Syracuse, New York.
