Stock Option Redemption in Opus Group AB

Opus Group AB (STO:OPUS) has completed the redemption of the stock option program 2011/2014. A total of 1,733,642 new shares were subscribed. Opus Group AB will get a capital injection of SEK 1,987,967.28 in connection with the redemption of the stock options. The share capital will increase by SEK 34,672.84 to SEK 5,063,268.38. Total shares outstanding after the redemption of the stock options amount to 253,163,419. The subscription rate in connection with the redemption of the stock options amounted to 88.7 percent.
