Steve Cooker Named Senior Vice President and General Manager, Monster Government Solutions

(NASDAQ: MNST), today announced the appointment of Steve Cooker as
senior vice president and general manager, Monster Government Solutions
(MGS). In his new role, Mr. Cooker will be responsible for the overall
development of the MGS organization as well as oversight of the new
focus on the public sector.

background and in-depth knowledge of the federal government and public
sector will be instrumental in guiding MGS to take the next critical
growth steps toward becoming the leading provider of human capital

MGS, but will be equally successful building the necessary sales and

Prior to joining Monster, Mr. Cooker held the position of vice president
and general manager for Internet Security Systems. Before joining ISS,
Mr. Cooker served as vice president of North America e-business for
Nortel Networks, vice president and GM at Beyond.com, and president for
NCR. Mr. Cooker holds a BA from the University of Maryland.
