STENTYS (Paris:STNT) p(FR0010949404 - STNT), a medical technology company commercializing the world's first and only Self-Apposing^® coronary stent, informs its shareholders that the Annual General Meeting held on May 11, 2016 was unable to deliberate, as the required quorum was not reached.

Shareholders are therefore invited to attend another Annual General Meeting, on the second call, to be held on Thursday June 16, 2016 from 4 pm at STENTYS’ head office, 31 rue Saint-Augustin, 75002 Paris, the agenda of which will be the same.
