At Starbreeze Extraordinary General Meeting to be held on 22 February 2016, Smilegate has proposed that the nomination committee will submit mr Sung, Smilegate Holding's CIO, as a candidate to the EGM.

Presentation of the new proposed Board Member: Joon Ho Sung, South Korea. Born: 1976.
Mr Sung currently holds positions in Smilegate Holdings (CIO), Smilegate Megalab (CEO), Smilegate Investment (Board of Directors) and Sundaytoz (Board of Directors)
